Founded by a certified Lifestyles and Wellness, Motivation, Grief support Coach, and practicing Licensed Practical Nurse, SunRidge Lifestyles was created to bridge the gap between clinical healthcare knowledge and real-life sustainable lifestyle transformation.
We specialize in lifestyle transformation, overall mental, physical and spiritual wellness, health education, motivational support, and grief support.
With a foundation grounded in evidence-based practice and real-world client care, our approach integrates science, compassion, and accountability. We understand that grief impacts the body. Stress influences behavior. Burnout reshapes identity. And motivation requires more than inspiration — it requires goal setting, nervous system awareness, and intentional habit design.
In addition to individual 1:1 coaching, SunRidge Lifestyles is expanding its expertise in team and group coaching. We are developing and offering team-based programs designed to support leaders and organizations in strengthening workplace wellness, fostering psychological safety, and building resilient, high-functioning teams.
